How do I return an item?
Return Policy for Outlet Déjà vu Online Store:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been purchased over 30 days ago.
- The item must be in its original, unaltered condition and must not have any damage. The return or exchange must be made in its unused and unworn condition, with all tags and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to our store.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund the customer within 7 business days.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn or have any noticeable damages.
- If the item was delivered with a defect or does not match the description on the website, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item and exchange it for a new one or refund the customer.
- For international deliveries, additional customs clearance rules and possible customs fees should be taken into account. In case of any disputes arising in connection with the return of the goods, the laws of the country where the online store is located will apply.
